Bayshore Village is located approximately 90 minutes north of Toronto on Lake Simcoe. A range of accommodation options are available in the surrounding area, with Orillia and Rama being the closest towns (approx. 20-minute drive to the ceremony location).

While you are very welcome to arrange your own accommodation, we have secured a room block for guests at Casino Rama Resort.

Group Accommodation — Casino Rama Resort

We have reserved a block of Deluxe King and Deluxe Double rooms at Casino Rama Resort for the nights of Friday, 10 July and Saturday, 11 July 2026.

Booking Deadline:

All reservations must be made by Friday, 29 May 2026. After this date, rooms and rates will be subject to availability.

Check-In / Check-Out:

– Official check-in time is 4:00pm. The hotel has advised that earlier check-in may be available on the day, depending on availability. While this cannot be guaranteed in advance, they will do their best to accommodate guests arriving earlier as we have arranged transportation from the resort to the ceremony location at 4:45pm which is a pretty tight turnaround!

– Check-out is at 11:00am.

We also encourage guests to consider arriving on Friday to enjoy a relaxed start to the weekend and make the most of the resort before the wedding.

Transport will be arranged for guests from Casino Rama Resort to the ceremony and back (final format may include coaches or pre-arranged taxis, depending on numbers).

– Depart Casino Rama Resort: approximately 4:45pm

– Return transport: services will run back to the hotel later in the evening (exact timings to be confirmed).

If you choose to stay elsewhere but would like to utilise our arranged transportation, we ask that you make your way to Casino Rama Resort by 4:30pm. Taxis and rideshare services are also available in the area for those preferring to organise their own travel.
